Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

  • It is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or spoiled
  • You changed your mind (applicable to non-perishable items only)

Return Window

  • Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Non-perishable goods: Eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact our support team at support@sooncart.com or call +917478323243.
  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup if applicable.
  4. Once the return/exchange product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange will be approved within 1 days, Exchange products are delivered within 24 hours

Refund Process

  • If eligible, refunds will be Cradited within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited back via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we offer refunds through bank transfer or store credits.

Exceptions

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items without original packaging and invoice
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Exchange Policy

Prefer a replacement instead? We can exchange eligible products instead of refunding.
