Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
- It is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or spoiled
- You changed your mind (applicable to non-perishable items only)
Return Window
- Perishable goods (fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.): Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-perishable goods: Eligible for return within 2 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return?

- Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup if applicable.
- Once the return/exchange product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange will be approved within 1 days, Exchange products are delivered within 24 hours
Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be Cradited within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back via the original payment method or as store credit.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, we offer refunds through bank transfer or store credits.
Exceptions
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Items without original packaging and invoice
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Exchange Policy
Prefer a replacement instead? We can exchange eligible products instead of refunding.
